3. Information we may collect from you
When you use the Services we may collect the following categories of data:

3.1. When you create an Account, we collect and process the following "Account Data":

- social network ID

3.2. When you use the Services, we may collect and process the following "Tracking Data":

• Location information associated with your IP address when you visit our Sites or use a Game.
• Information relating to your use of our Services including, but not limited to, information about when and how you use the Services and data traffic and recordings of the parts of the screen you click on while using our Services (so called "clickstreams").
• Log files and statistics in relation to actions taken on our Sites and in the Games.
• Technical information about any device that you use when you visit the Sites or use a Game, including your Media Access Control (MAC), Unique Device Identifier (UDID) or equivalent device identifier, your IP address and the browser you are using.

3.4. When you use the Services, we may collect and process the following "Content Data":

• Information that you post in any of the Games Forums.
• Information sent through the "game-chat" functionality in the Games,
• Information you provide when you request information or support from us or purchase a product or service from us, including information necessary to process your orders with the relevant payment merchant which may include the amount of any transaction, but will not include your financial information which will only be submitted directly to the payment merchant under secure protocols.
• Information other than the Account Data you provide to us when participating in competitions, contests and tournaments and responding to surveys.
• Information relating to your profiles on social networking sites in order to allow integration with such social networking sites.

3.5. Depending on the MYMYGAMES website that you are visiting, many of the activities listed may not be available and, as such, personal information and/or non-personal information may not be collected. Additionally, we do not require you to submit personal information to gain access to our websites; however, you will not be able to utilize certain products, services, or features that require registration or receive materials such as newsletters unless such information is provided.

3.6. MYMYGAMES, on its own and through third parties, may collect certain "device-identifying data" about your personal computer or mobile device, such as system information, IP address, screen resolution, device type, (e.g. PC, MAC), operating system (e.g. Windows, OS X, Linux), device time zone, MAC address, general geolocation information, and other system or network information to create a digital identifier of your device. This information may be combined with similar information from our vendor(s) who assist us in conducting these activities. 3.7. Push Notifications

In some mobile products, MYMYGAMES may send push notifications from time-to-time in order to update you about the game, events, or promotions that we may be running. If you no longer wish to receive these types of communications, you may turn them off at the device level. To ensure you receive proper notifications, we will need to collect certain information about your device such as operating system and user identification information.

3.8. Third Party and/or Social Features

We use social media features, such as the Facebook Like button, Widgets, and the Share button or interactive mini-programs that run on our website or within our services. These features are either hosted by a third party or hosted directly on our website, and your interactions with these features are governed by the privacy policy of the company providing it. Some of our products and/or services integrate third party features into our websites and services to allow you to access certain features or share certain content. Other features may allow you to log in to our websites or services, including via sign-in services such as Open ID, or via certain third-party social networking accounts, including Facebook (the “Third Party Accounts”). In order to login via a Third Party Account, you must agree to share certain information with us (including your user id and certain profile information) as stated on the permissions page when you login in with the Third Party Account. We use local storage, such as HTML5, to store content information and preferences. Third parties with whom we partner to provide certain features on our website or to display advertising based upon your web browsing activity also use HTML5 to collect and store information. Various browsers may offer their own management tools for removing HTML5.

4.1. The Sites use cookies and similar technologies that collect Tracking Data to distinguish you from other users. This helps us to provide you with a good experience when you access the Sites and use the Services.

5. How we use your information

Account Data, Tracking Data and Content Data may be collected and processed by us to provide you with the Services that you request from us and to perform the respective EULA and Terms of Service accepted by you. Data collected for that purpose will only be kept as long as necessary to provide the requested Services, and to comply with applicable laws.

• We may use the e-mail address registered to your Account to provide you with information about products and services related to our Services that you request from us, unless you choose to opt out from this service at the time your Account is created. 6.2. We may share anonymous information, i.e. information which does not directly or indirectly disclose your identity, and aggregated information (meaning information about groups and categories of users, including game statistics and behaviour, but which does not identify and that cannot reasonably be used to identify any individual user) with our advertising partners, the list of which you can also find at. We may also allow our advertisers to collect anonymous information and aggregated information within the Services and they may then share that information with us. Our advertisers may collect this information through the use of tracking technologies like cookies and web beacons. This enables our advertisers to develop and deliver targeted advertising in the Services and on the websites of third parties, so that they can try to serve you with advertisements for products and services that are most likely to be of interest to you. Advertisers will also use this information to monitor, improve, or modify their operations.

6.3. By accessing and/or playing our Game you agree that your display name, scores, avatar, country location, online/offline status and other related details may be displayed to other users. You also understand and agree that your personal data such as in-app profile information, scores and league information, your place in our global leaderboard will be uploaded to our server and could be seen by other players.

7. Children

We recognise that we have a special obligation to protect personal information obtained from children. We will not knowingly collect personal information from any child, or process such information, without parental consent. For the purpose of this Policy, a child means any individual who is under the age of 18 (or the minimum legal age to consent to the collection and processing of personal information where this is different under applicable law).

8. Security

1. We take reasonable precautions to prevent the loss, misuse or alteration of your personal information. Our employees, contractors and agents may be given access to your personal information which we collect, but their use shall be limited to the performance of their duties in relation to facilitating your use of the Services. The latest version of this Policy will always be available on the Sites. Any new version of this Policy shall take effect (i) immediately upon the date of your receipt of the notification e-mail where the changes to this Policy relate to non-material changes which do not reduce your rights; or (ii) no less than thirty (30) days after your receipt of the notification e-mail where the changes to this Policy potentially reduce your rights; or (iii) in case you do not have a registered Account, the moment they are uploaded to our Services.
